
You might not think there are dangers in your own home, but there are – if you don’t take care and think ahead.
In
fact, if you don’t use your noodle and think about the “What ifs?”
you could find yourself with a bruise, a bump, a burn or cut in the blink of
an eye. So, where are the danger zones in your home?
Well, they’re listed below. Your job, Fitness Ranger, is to think of the “What ifs?” that come with each of these danger zones and to make a long list of what might happen if you don’t take special care to keep yourself and your family safe. I’ve filled in the first “What ifs” to get you started. Think of as many “what ifs?” as you can for the other danger zones in your home.
