
Try A Captain Fit Crunchy Cone
Looking
for a taste treat that can’t be beat? Well, here’s a recipe that
will make your taste buds grin from ear to ear – and it’s good for
you, too!
Ingredients:
One small ice-cream cone
One small container of low-fat yogurt (your favorite flavor)
¼ cup of raisins (or other dried fruit)
¼ cup of granola (or wheat germ)
A drizzle of honey
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix the yogurt, raisins and granola.
2. Fill the ice-cream cone to the brim with the mixture.
3. Drizzle the top with a taste of honey.
4. Enjoy a sweet treat that’s good to eat. (Don’t forget the napkins!)
